What happens during a site walkthrough?
A ProClean team member accompanies the Business Manager (or delegate) on a full campus inspection. We assess six key areas to build a cleaning schedule tailored to your school.
Surface condition
We identify areas with heavy mould, algae, grease, grime or staining that need priority attention.
Surface type
We determine the correct method — soft wash vs high-pressure — to protect sandstone, brick, painted surfaces and tiles.
Traffic & visibility
We prioritise high-traffic and high-visibility zones that create the strongest first impression for parents and visitors.
Time estimates
We estimate hours required per zone so you can map services against your 50-hour annual package with confidence.
Event priorities
We map your cleaning schedule to your school calendar — Open Days, Fetes, Carnivals, Graduation and more.
Solar panels
We assess solar panel condition and schedule cleaning to restore energy efficiency at minimal package cost.

Visit 1 — Term 1 Deep Clean
Deep clean of admin building, quadrangle, walkways and undercover eating areas. Timed ahead of Term 1 Open Day to ensure the school looks its best for prospective families.
Visit 2 — Pre-Event Refresh Rinse
High-pressure rinse across all high-traffic areas. Ideal pre-event freshen before School Fete or Fair — fast turnaround, maximum visual impact.
Visit 3 — Mid-Year Deep Clean
Deep clean of sports courts, carparks and building walls (soft wash). Full daytime access during holidays allows maximum coverage and equipment rotation.
Visit 4 — Solar + Maintenance Rinse
Solar panel clean combined with high-pressure rinse of playgrounds, OSHC areas and toilet precincts. Keeps the campus fresh through the back half of the year.
Visit 5 — End-of-Year Full Refresh
Full rinse refresh across all areas — timed ahead of Graduation, Awards Night and end-of-year events. Sends students and families off on a high note.

Tips to maximise your package value

Plan around your school calendar
Share your annual events calendar at the start of the year. Open Days and Graduation are the highest-impact cleaning windows — locking them in early guarantees crew availability.
Use school holidays for deep cleans
Deep cleans take longer and need more water and equipment. Daytime holiday access means we maximise every hour — no after-school time constraints.
Prioritise high-visibility areas first
The admin entry, drop-off zone and undercover eating areas are seen by parents and visitors daily. Clean these first for the highest return on investment.
Combine services in single visits
Group soft-wash wall work with high-pressure court or carpark cleaning in the same visit. Reduces mobilisation overhead and stretches your hours further.
Use HP rinse as maintenance
A high-pressure rinse of walkways and eating areas (2–3 hrs) keeps high-traffic zones presentable between deep cleans without burning your deep-clean hours.
Don't overlook the overlooked
Library walls, bus bays and playground rubber surfaces are commonly skipped but quickly become eyesores. Including them in the rotation pays dividends.
Solar panels — protect your investment
Dirty panels can lose 15–25% efficiency. A solar clean protects the school's energy investment at minimal cost to your package hours.
