Our approach combines professional-grade equipment with safe, environmentally responsible cleaning methods. For this project, treatments will include:
- Biodegradable degreasers to remove dirt and surface contaminants
- Sodium hypochlorite (liquid chlorine) for effective mould and algae removal on masonry, render, concrete and hard surfaces
- For timber surfaces (fences and decks): Sodium Metasilicate (pre-treatment) and Oxalic Acid (post-treatment) to safely clean, neutralise and brighten the timber without damage
These treatments will be applied using our Soft-Wash system and high-pressure cleaning equipment where appropriate, ensuring all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned without damage.
To give you complete confidence in our service, all works include:
- Pre- and post-clean inspections
- Correct chemical application with appropriate dwell times
- Final rinsing of all treated surfaces
- Full public liability insurance to $20 million
- Site-specific safety controls (signage, barriers where required, PPE)
- Trained and competent personnel

| Pre-existing damage | Photos are taken before and after works. ProClean accepts no liability for existing damage to concrete, facades, walls or windows. |
| Access limitations | Work is limited to safely accessible areas only. |
| Warranties | No warranty is provided against mould or lichen regrowth beyond the specified treatment. A 12-month protection treatment is recommended, however longevity is weather- and environment-dependent. |
| Weather & rescheduling | Unless storms or lightning are forecast in the area, works will commence and be completed per the start and completion dates agreed between the parties. |
| Payment terms | A deposit is payable on acceptance of the quote, with the balance payable on completion. Completion is determined by the customer agreeing that the engaged works have been completed. Payment is due within one (1) business day of receiving the final tax invoice. |
| Late payment | Failure to make payment within the agreed terms may result in further collection activity, including debt recovery. |
| Cancellation | If the job is cancelled after the quote is accepted, the deposit paid and the start date confirmed, within seven (7) days of the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee of $350.00 applies. |
| Damage liability disclaimer | ProClean does not accept any liability for existing damage to property, buildings, walkways, signage and concrete areas. |
| Warranty period for work | At completion, photos are taken and provided to you. You have 24 hours from the completion date and time to notify ProClean of any work requiring attention, after which the job is deemed to be completed. |
